Your account

Your activity

Your own logins, password changes and profile edits — account events only, and nothing anyone else did.

The Activity tab is your personal history. It is scoped to you twice over: only your rows, and only account events — who you are and how you sign in.

What appears here

Four event families count as "account", and they are the only ones this tab shows:

TypeEvents
UserRegistered as the first administrator · Logged in · Changed their own password · Password reset by an administrator · Created / updated / deleted a user · Updated permissions · Updated role assignment · Started and stopped impersonating · Updated their profile
RoleCreated, updated or deleted a role
PermissionsSynced the permission catalog
CentralConnected or disconnected this panel from the central panel

Things you did to the server are not here. Creating an application, restoring a backup, opening a firewall port — those are server events, and they live on the Activity Log screen instead. This tab answering "did I create that site?" with silence is the design, not a gap.

Reading a row

Three columns: When, Type and Description.

  • When is relative — "2 minutes ago", "5 hours ago". Hovering it is meant to reveal the exact timestamp; see the known issue before you trust the date it shows.
  • Type is the family badge from the table above.
  • Description is a full sentence, written server-side and translated into whichever language you are reading the panel in.

Filtering

Narrow by type. The dropdown only lists types you actually have rows for — on a fresh account that is just User, because a filter guaranteed to match nothing is worse than a short list.

Or search. The box matches three things: the event's type, its action — the internal name, such as password_changed — and the values recorded with it, like a username. It does not match the translated sentence you can see. Searching for password works; searching for "Changed their own" does not.

Clear filters when nothing matches. The empty state says which case you are in and offers the button.

No activity matches these filters, with a Clear filters button

Filters are kept in the address bar alongside ?tab=activity, so a filtered view is a link you can send to yourself.

Pagination

Ten rows a page by default, with 20, 50 and 100 available from the Per page selector at the bottom. A bookmarked page number that no longer exists — because rows were added or filtered away — redirects to a page that does, rather than showing you an empty table that reads like "no activity".

Caveats

  • The history cannot be edited or cleared from the panel. There is no delete button and no retention setting; rows accumulate in the panel's database.
  • A failure to load is labelled as one. If the history cannot be fetched the tab says so explicitly instead of showing an empty list — and the Profile and Security tabs keep working, because only the history half failed.
  • No export. To pull your history out programmatically, use the API endpoint the screen itself calls.
  • Needs no permission beyond being signed in.
