Reference & troubleshooting
How the five stacks differ, how to put your own brand on the panel, where the translations live, and what to do when something goes wrong.
The rest of this guide walks through screens. This section answers the questions that sit underneath them: why does my server not have that menu item, how do I make this panel say my company's name, which languages ship, and what does this error mean.
Most of it is decided once, at install time, by the stack you picked — so Stack differences is the page to read first if something in the panel looks absent rather than broken.
Stack differences
LEMP, LAMP, OLS, MERN and Docker — what each one serves, and what changes on OpenLiteSpeed.
Branding & white-labelling
Your own name, logos, favicon and accent colour — seven environment variables and nothing else.
Languages
The eight locales, where the message files live, and how a missing translation resolves.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Symptoms, their actual causes, and the command or screen that settles each one.
Conventions used here
PANEL_SLUGis the one value every path on the server is named from. It defaults topanel, so the examples below say/var/www/panel— substitute your own slug if you changed it at install time.- Commands shown as
php artisan …are run from the panel's backend directory,/var/www/panel/backend, as the panel's own user. - Screenshots come from a LEMP server, because that is the stack the examples were captured on. Where a screen genuinely differs on another stack, the page says so rather than showing a picture that would not match your server.
